Ms. Minh Hoang is currently the Chief Productivity Officer at TrustXLabs. She has over 10 years of experience studying workplace performance in the 5-star hospitality industry, both domestically and internationally. With a mission to address education and labor issues aligned with Goal 4 of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (Quality Education), she founded the “Rise Your Future” community. This initiative aims to nurture a generation of well-rounded youth by offering free resources to enhance their skills and knowledge, with a goal to support 1 million young people.
